Niche Hotel Products is an Interior Design and Fit-out Company located in Melbourne, Australia.
We turn our hand to any new or existing space, providing Interior Design, Hotel Systems Consultancy, Project Management, Development Solutions and Landscape Design services. We also have a range of furniture, supplies and equipment designed and manufactured for the Hospitality Industry. We have great relationships with our building trades so we can manage a full turnkey service from concept to the completion of your project.
By working in collaboration with our clients and industry experts we are able to facilitate an outcome that is well resolved, financially viable, environmentally sensitive and meets our clients’ needs.
Under the direction of Simon Beckett and Cameron Crispin, Niche draws on operational knowledge and design principles that have been developed over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
The studio works both locally and abroad and each design is founded on our expertise in integrating buildings, interiors, operations, and furniture. Niche understands the profound relationship that all of these disciplines have on creating cohesive, honest and authentic spaces and experiences.

Simon has over 17 years of operational experience in every department of the hotel and resort industry. He has worked for Starwood Hotels and Resorts and other independent hotels both locally and overseas.
Simon has had a career heavily focused in the Rooms Division of hotel operation and is passionate about housekeeping, maintenance, front office and revenue management.
He has worked as Front Office Manager, Executive housekeeper, Director of Rooms, Resort Manager and General Manger among undertaking other industry tasks.
Most recently, he spent two years in Fiji as the part of the pre opening team and Resort Manager of Fiji’s newest 5 star luxury boutique resort, the Tadrai Island Resort on Mana Island.
Over the past 10 years, Simon has been heavily involved in pre-openings for the Four Points by Sheraton in Port Macquarie, the iconic Surfair on Marcoola Beach and the development of Samurai Beach Resort in Port Stephens.
Prior to joining Niche Hotel Products in April 2013, Simon was the Best Western Regional Services Manager for Northern NSW, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
